With over three decades of dedicated community service and professional experience, Tracy Sanders brings a unique blend of passion, expertise, and heart to Northern Colorado's real estate market.
Tracy's journey began with a deep commitment to helping others, volunteering for nearly 30 years with organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, the American Humane Society, and Odyssey of the Mind-all while raising her family. In 1991, she earned her associate's degree in administrative assistant/word processing, laying the groundwork for her future career in real estate.
Thirteen years ago, Tracy transitioned from her volunteer roles to the professional world, becoming an assistant at Premier Lifestyle Realty/Premier Property Management. Her dedication to client service and community growth led her to obtain her real estate license in April 2014, quickly followed by advancement to Broker Associate. As both a Property Manager and REALTOR®, Tracy has helped countless families navigate the buying and selling process, always striving to help them achieve their dreams.
Today, Tracy proudly serves clients at Coldwell Banker in Northern Colorado. Her mission is to help individuals and families find not just a house, but a true home, strengthening the fabric of the community along the way.
Outside of real estate, Tracy remains deeply involved in community life. She plays trombone with the Loveland Concert Band, volunteers with Donor Alliance, participates in USTA league tennis, and cherishes time with her husband, her family, and their beloved dogs-including one certified Therapy Dog for Caring Canines.
Driven by her belief in community and passion for making a difference, Tracy Sanders is ready to help you find your next home-and become part of something truly special in Northern Colorado.
