Tracy Sanders has always believed in working hard to support her community. She has dedicated her time and effort over the last 25 years volunteering for various organizations and teams while raising her family.

Three years ago, Tracy decided to take the skills she obtained while earning her Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant/Word-Processing in 1991 and the experience she gathered volunteering for the Boys Scouts of America, American Humane Society, Odyssey of the Mind, and various other organizations over the years, and put them to work in the office place. She became an assistant at Premier Lifestyle Realty/Premier Property Management. She earned her real estate license in April of 2014 and became a Broker Associate. Tracy worked as a Property Manager in addition to developing her skills as a REALTOR®. She loves helping families buy and sell property, enabling them to obtain the home of their dreams.

Tracy is now proud to announce that she is working at Coldwell Banker in Loveland, CO. She wants to use her position as a REALTOR® to help families buy the home of their dreams and create a stronger community in Northern Colorado. She currently plays trombone in the Loveland Concert Band, volunteers for Donor Alliance, plays USTA league tennis and loves to spend time with her husband, two sons and loveable dogs. Tracy believes in community and looks forward to making a difference in Northern Colorado.
